Gerd Remedy- Curing Gastroesophageal Reflux Permanently With Natural Remedies

Joe Barton asked:

In 90% of cases, curing gastroesophageal reflux can be done with a simple GERD remedy.

Imagine never having to purchase antacids to treat your acid reflux again. Imagine not having to taste your stomach acids eating away your esophagus. Imagine naturally healing GERD and never having to worry about GERD again.

Why Try a Natural Treatment?

Natural Remedies have been around for thousands of years! And just recently, some natural remedies have begun to get tested and researched to test their legitimacy. And guess what researchers found?

Some natural remedies were worthless and some were effective? In fact, some simple natural remedies are just as effective as their pharmaceutical counterpart. With this said, if you can find a natural treatment that is research-based, you might find a simple and affordable way to treat your ailment with no drugs!

In the case of GERD, acid reflux remedies which work to heal the esophagus and sphincter have been shown to be the most effective.

Four GERD Natural Remedies You Might Want to Try

1. Avoid Crunchy Foods- Crunchy foods contribute to your acid reflux because they scratch the esophagus (tube that transports food to stomach) and sphincter (muscle flap that keeps stomach acid in the stomach). By eating these foods, you literally cause more flare-ups.

To begin your natural treatment, eat soft foods for 2 days to allow your esophagus and sphincter to heal. You eventually will be able to eat what you want but you initially want to give both of these systems a time to heal.

2. A Red Apple? Though you might be saying that this GERD remedy is too simple, it might be that easy! My dad literally owes his life to a red apple. Though it is NOT realistic to carry an apple wherever you go, we do recommend you carry at least a slice of apple for an emergency. Plastic bags are helpful!

3. Honey! This remedy has even been found in the Egyptian pyramids! And as the Egyptians figured out some of the most complicated math problems; they also discovered a natural remedy for acid reflux! Honey has been shown to have natural, miraculous healing powers which will help your esophagus and sphincter heal. Take 1 teaspoons daily during a flare-up.

Why does honey work? Honey has been shown to fight bacteria, block infection, combat inflammation, reduce pain, and improve circulation. It also stimulates the regrowth of tissue which will heal the esophagus and sphincter.

4. Milk and Seven-Up! Sounds kind of gross but has been shown to work! This remedy is simply a half and half of milk and seven-up. Give this remedy a try and see if it works for you.

Throw Away the Antacids!

This is only the tip of the iceberg!

Have you ever wondered why over-the-counter treatments such as Prilosec, Zantac, Pepsid AC, and Tegamet should not be taken for more than 14 days? Are you nervous that surgery is in your near future? Are you interested in trying to heal GERD naturally before surgery?

If so, please consider a 100% guaranteed Acid Reflux Natural Remedy that is step by step and is doctor approved. Our researchers have compiled a 40+ page remedy report that will heal your GERD and make you a heartburn expert in two hours. Dr John Anne asked:

Eczema is a chronic skin disorder that can happen to any one at any time. But it is more common among children than in adults. In fact, it is less of a problem in adulthood. In practice, eczema natural remedy is preferred over any artificial or chemical based treatments. When we are talking about herbal treatment, no discussion seems to be complete without the discussion of neem.

Neem offers a wide range of health benefits. Several clinical studies confirmed that both external and internal application of neem extracts may result in alleviating the symptoms of chronic eczema. With the blessing of its exclusive antibacterial, antifungal and blood purifying properties neem is helpful in almost any sort of skin disorders and in maintaining a healthy skin.

Ayurvedic Treatment for Eczema

In Ayurveda, eczema is known as ‘vicharchika’. Typically, eczema is of two types - acute and chronic. The most common form of eczema is of course chronic. The major symptoms of eczema include oozing, itching and exfoliation of skin area.

According to Ayurvedic study, it can result from disturbances of all doshas. The most significant role is, however, played by disturbed pitta and contaminated blood condition. Both of these two factors deteriorate the quality of skin and mamsa and cause eczema. On the other hand, vata and kapha may participate in the pathogenesis in order to produce other symptoms related to eczema.

Each of these three doshas or humors may contribute to the development of unique eczema condition. In the vata type, the skin area becomes very dry with a severe pain and itching. There is a possibility of oozing and symptoms like burning and fever are quite common in the case of pitta type. In kapha type, the skin becomes white and thicker than usual in addition to oozing and itching.

Ayurveda offers rich eczema natural remedy. There are several numbers of Indian aboriginal herbs particularly beneficial for treating eczema. The commonly used herbs for treating eczema are discussed below.

Alsi (Linum usitatissimum):

This herb is commonly known as linseed. To get immediate relief from skin irritation, the oil extracted from linseed needs to be mixed with lime juice and applied on the inflamed skin area.

Arka (Calotropics gigantica): It is commonly known as swallow wort or Dead Sea apple. The Arka juice mixed with sesame oil and turmeric can be applied externally on the affected skin area.

Babul (Acacia arabica): In treating the eczema, babul powder is found to be beneficial. To make the eczema natural remedy from it, you first need it to mix with powdered bark of mango tree. Then the mixture needs to be boiled in water. The vapor coming from the boiled water is used to stimulate the affected area. Later ghee is applied on the affected area after the stimulation session is over.

Mahua (Madhuca indica): The leaves of this herb are particularly beneficial for treating eczema. First, you need to make a paste from Mahua leaves, and apply it as bandage over the inflamed area. It offers immediate relief to itchy pains. However, the bandage needs to be changed at least 8-10 times within 24 hours.

Palasha (Butea monosperma): It is useful in treating dhobi’s itch. It is a type of allergic reaction that mainly occurs due to tight cloths. For preparing the eczema natural remedy, the grounded seeds of Palasha are mixed with lime juice and apply on the inflamed region.

Apart from that, there are few Ayurvedic preparations such as tikataka ghritam, padavalamooladi, talakeshwara, kadiraristha, and mahatikitha kashaya found to be effective as eczema natural remedy.

Why Natural Remedies are Healthier and Cheaper

January 22, 2009 by admin · Comment

Jon Arnold asked:

You are probably well aware of the high cost of health care insurance these days. Even if your employer pays for all or most of your health care insurance, you have undoubtedly seen those deductions going up, the co-pays getting higher, while the overall quality of the health care has not improved significantly. A large portion of this is because of the number of drugs and chemicals that are prescribed for even the most minor of ailments, and the costs of those prescription drugs is stratospheric and getting higher all the time.

So what can you do about it? One of the things you should seriously consider in order to keep costs under control is Natural Remedies. These are remedies that have been around for hundreds or even thousands of years. Remember, people way back then had many of these same ailments that you are dealing with, and they needed some way to cope with them and alleviate the pain. The very interesting thing about this is that most of these natural health remedies can be found as OTC (Over The Counter) medications that do not require a doctor’s prescription, and many have been found to be equally as effective (or even more effective) than their prescription high-priced counterparts.

You may need to visit a health food store to find some things, but you can be assured that the cost is going to be a very pleasant surprise, compared to what you pay for their prescription equivalents, and they do not contain nearly as many (or any at all) nasty side effects. For example, if you have a migraine, you may have read the warnings on the prescription medication, something about “may cause vomiting, dizziness, drowsiness, diarrhea, and/or cravings for artichokes”. So let’s look at this – by solving one problem, I am introducing five others? No thank you, I would rather stick with the migraine.

Natural remedies are there to resolve a myriad of different problems. And instead of nasty side effects, natural remedies can produce some POSITIVE side effects. For example, some natural remedies for headaches will also produce better blood flow and make the delivery of oxygen to the cells of the body more efficient. If you suffer from insomnia, you are probably taking some kind of medication just so that you can get some rest at night so that you are not totally toasted at work and can be functional. But you should know that the natural remedy Valerian is non-toxic as well as providing a much improved quality of sleep at night.

One of the bigger problems of today’s adolescent is acne. While there are a ton of OTC and prescription cures, almost all of these are topical meaning that they affect only the surface of the skin. There are several natural remedies that work on the topical as well as the part of the problem, and many have found that these are incredibly effective as an acne cure.

Some natural remedies contain herbal ingredients which act to stimulate the brain, and have been found to be effective in fighting Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD). For more information on ADD and ADHD, please visit Working With Attention Deficit Disorder.

Do not dismiss natural remedies and herbal remedies simply because they have existed for a long time or because they do not use prescription drugs. In many cases, the natural remedy is just as effective as the prescription remedy, and even more so. And in almost all cases, the natural remedy is going to be much nicer to your wallet.

Are You Desperately Seeking Natural Remedies?

William H King asked:

Natural remedies have been used for many centuries all around the world. In fact, before more traditional medicine was introduced natural cures were all that were available.

However, as with all things, the human race strived to make medicine easier and better, so along came synthetic drugs such as pain killers which were created to duplicate the results of natural pain relief medicines, but are able to be produced in laboratories and eventually replaced the old medicinal techniques and traditions.

In today’s society with all the striving to make things better and easier, even the foods we eat aren’t as natural as they use to be. With many of our available foods containing additives, colourings and preservatives our lifestyles are becoming much unhealthier than they once were.

Society has reached a point where the number of health issues, such as ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder) and Autism, are rising possibly due to all these additives and preservatives that many people are now once again seeking alternative natural remedies to use for their ailments.

There seem to be more people now than ever that are using natural ingredients such as fruits, vegetables and herbs to improve their health and cure their ailments.

That is not to say that there is no place for modern medicine as modern medicine has proven to be quick to relieve symptoms of pain and illness. There are also many modern medicines that cure diseases and help ease the symptoms of many diseases.

Natural remedies, however, are much more useful when it comes to prevention of illness and chronic disease. Natural remedies are also very useful in the treatment of mental and emotional needs.

Modern medicines have many undesirable side effects which can sometimes make you feel worse than the actual illness does. This is another reason why many people are turning toward natural medicines.

Natural medicines not only treat the disease but also treat the body as a whole and not just a set of symptoms of the disease. Thus keeping your body healthy and assisting in the prevention of more disease.

Natural cures offer gentle treatments that are simple to use, easily available, much safer than synthetic medicine and reasonably inexpensive. The trend toward heading back to nature has quickly made its way around the world. Countries such as Asia have used natural plants and herbs as ingredients for their traditional therapies for many years.

When they are growing naturally around us and can benefit us in many ways, then why not take advantage of their uses. People worldwide are seeking the grains and grasses of the fields, the fruits, seeds and nuts of the trees, the herbs and vegetables of the gardens and who could forget the honey from the bees.

Honey has proven to be extremely useful as an anti-bacterial, particularly the Manuka honey. Studies have shown that burn patients who have been treated with pure, unprocessed honey have had a much faster recovery than burn patients treated with conventional burn treatment. Honey is also a useful remedy for patients with bacterial gastroenteritis and can shorten the duration of the illness.

So when we have natural medicines growing around us, why not use them when we can and keep a healthy body and a healthy lifestyle and prevent any nasty diseases from occurring.
